L'arenella Hotel - Reservations

For reservations call the reservation office at +39 0564 809340, open everyday from 08.30 a.m. to 09.00 p.m., or send an e- mail to reservations@hotelarenella.com Althought you can often get a last minute reservation, we recommend two months lead time during the peak period and week ends. Luggage storage is available for early arrivals as well as those who may be departing two or three hours after chek out.

Check in / Check out

Check in from 02.00 p.m. to 09.00 p.m.
Check out from 08.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.

Cancellation Policy

First night of your stay is charged at the time of reservation. Cancellation forteen or more days prior to the reservation will be receive a full refund.
Those within four and fourteen day will receive a credit toward a future stay. The deposit is forfeited if cancellation is made less than 72 hours before check in.

Early departure

Upon arrival you are responsable for all nights reserved regardless of actual nights stayed. For early departure we will charge the unused nights to your bill.

Deposit

Can be made throught a money order or directly entering your credit card informations and the amount on the following form. For the password please contact the reservation office at reservation@hotelarenella.com
